Plans are billed once a year by bank transfer. We issue an invoice in your dashboard and send a WhatsApp reminder before your renewal date — nothing renews automatically without your confirmation, and no card is stored anywhere.

No — plans are annual. Yearly billing is what keeps the price this low and the paperwork out of your way. A custom build is quoted separately and can be split into two instalments.

There's something better. We don't hand you an empty editor and a countdown — we build a real preview of your site on a private address first, with your own content in it. You only pay once you've seen it.

Your site stays live for 14 days past your end date as a grace period. After that it goes offline, but we keep your content for 90 days — renew inside that window and your site comes back exactly as it was.

Yes, anytime. An upgrade takes effect as soon as you've paid the prorated difference — so moving to Business mid-year only costs you the remaining months. A downgrade applies from your next renewal date, so you keep what you paid for until then.

No — that's the point of Business. Tell us the name you want and we buy it, point it at your site and renew it every year with your plan. A .com, .net or .id is included in the price, registered in your name so it stays yours. Restricted domains (.co.id, .sch.id, .or.id) cost more and need documents such as an NPWP or a school licence, so we quote those separately once we know which one you want.

Then bring it — Business and a custom build both connect a domain you already own at no extra cost, and we walk you through the DNS records on WhatsApp. You keep it in your own name; we never take ownership of it.

Yes, within 7 days of payment, as long as your site hasn't gone live yet — full refund, no questions. Once it's live the build work is already done, so we don't refund from that point. What we will do for free is switch your plan, or move the rest of your term to another site in your organization.

Yes — 10% off every additional site under the same organization, for as long as they renew together. Three or more is usually cheaper as one custom build; we'll scope it on a call.
