WHAT WE BUILD

Apps that do a job, not apps that just exist.

Every project starts with one question: which piece of work gets faster because this app exists? These are the kinds we build most often.

Point of sale

Transactions, stock, cashier shifts, receipt printing and daily takings — still working when the connection drops, synced the moment it returns.

Field teams

Job assignment, location-based attendance, photo proof of work, and reports that land in the office dashboard as they happen.

Community & membership

Digital member cards, dues, event schedules, and announcements delivered by push notification.

Logistics & delivery

Fleet tracking, digital proof of delivery, daily courier routes, and shipment status your customers can follow.

Ordering & marketplace

Catalog, cart, payment through Midtrans or Xendit, and order status all the way to the doorstep.

Internal tools

Approvals, inventory, inspections and field forms that replace the spreadsheet and the WhatsApp group.

PLATFORMS

One build. Android, iOS, and the dashboard behind them.

A mobile app rarely stands alone — there is always an office side running it. We build all three as one system rather than three separate projects.

  • 01

    Android

Shipped to Google Play under your company's own account, store listing and screenshots included.

  • 02

    iOS

Shipped to the App Store, including the Apple review process everyone else leaves you to fight alone.

  • 03

    Web dashboard

The admin side for data, users and reporting — built alongside the app, not bolted on afterwards.

HOW IT WORKS

Five stages, no surprises halfway through.

  1. 01

    Discovery & scope

We map how your work happens today, decide what belongs in version one, then fix the scope and the cost in writing.

  2. 02

    UI/UX design

Wireframes first, finished screens second. You sign off every screen before a line of code is written.

  3. 03

    Development

Built in two-week stages. Each stage hands you a build you can install and try on your own phone.

  4. 04

    QA & user testing

Tested on real handsets, not just emulators, then put in front of your team before anyone calls it ready.

  5. 05

    Launch & support

We handle the Play Store and App Store releases, then stay with you through the warranty for fixes and adjustments.

WHAT YOU GET

The app is yours. So is the code.

  1. 01

    You own the source code

The whole codebase is handed over at the end of the project. No vendor lock-in — you can continue with any team you like.

  2. 02

    Store accounts in your name

The app is published from your company's own Google Play and App Store accounts, not ours. We help you set them up.

  3. 03

    Admin dashboard from day one

The office side for content, users and reporting is part of the build — not an upsell that appears later.

  4. 04

    Keeps working without signal

Critical data is held on the device and synced when the connection returns. It matters for cashiers, couriers and field teams.

  5. 05

    Warranty & maintenance

Twelve months of bug fixes at no extra cost, plus the adjustments each new Android and iOS release demands.

  6. 06

    Documentation & handover

Technical documentation, access to every service used, and a training session for your team at the end of the project.

CASE STUDIES

Apps we have built.

Three we designed and built ourselves, end to end. The screens below are real captures from a real handset, not mockups.

HomeBizPro — production & stock

HomeBizPro

PRODUCTION & STOCK

A home kitchen knows its takings but not its cost per unit, so the margin stays a guess until the stock runs out. Every batch now carries its real cost, drawn from the recipe and the stock it consumed, and the month's revenue, margin and waste sit on the first screen.

SalesGo — sales & distribution

SalesGo

SALES & DISTRIBUTION

A micro-distributor's salesman carries the route, the stock and the receivables in a notebook, and signal inside a warehouse is not something to plan around. Products, customers, orders, receivables and visit check-ins all live on the handset — the app asks for no network permission at all.

ServisKu — field service

ServisKu

FIELD SERVICE

Technicians ran the day on paper job sheets, so the office only learned what had happened once the sheets came back. A work order now travels from assigned to signed off in one place: labour logged, checklist answered, photos and parts attached, customer signature captured on the phone.

COST

Scoped per project. Once, up front.

An app is not sold like a subscription — the cost follows the scope of the work. The figures below are starting points; the real scope is fixed after discovery.

ABOUT THIS SERVICE

Mobile app development for Indonesian businesses.

cmpny.id builds mobile apps for companies and small businesses across Indonesia. Android and iOS come from one codebase, together with the web dashboard that runs them, so a single project delivers three connected sides rather than three quotes. We work from Medan and take projects from any city — day-to-day coordination happens on WhatsApp, and every two weeks you get a build you can install on your own phone.

What we build most often: point-of-sale and cashier apps, field team apps, logistics and delivery apps, community membership apps, ordering apps, and internal tools that replace the spreadsheet and the WhatsApp group. Each one is built around how your work actually happens rather than a template with a new logo — including the offline mode a cashier or a courier needs when the signal drops.

The cost of an app follows its scope rather than a monthly subscription: quoted once, up front, after a discovery session, and fixed in writing. At the end of the project the entire source code is handed over, the app is published from your own company's Google Play and App Store accounts, and the first twelve months are covered by warranty.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

How long does an app take?

A first version is usually eight to sixteen weeks, depending on scope. After discovery you get a stage-by-stage schedule, and a build you can install every two weeks — so progress is something you can see, not just something we report.

Do I get the source code?

Yes, all of it, at the end of the project — along with the documentation and access to every service it uses. The app is also published from your company's own store accounts, so you can continue with any team.

Does the app run on both Android and iOS?

Yes. We build both platforms from one codebase, so the same feature is not written and paid for twice. Where a feature genuinely needs platform-specific code, we say so during scoping.

Can the app connect to systems we already use?

Yes, as long as the system exposes an API or a reachable database — point of sale, ERP, accounting, attendance. We check each integration during discovery before it enters the scope.

Who maintains the app after launch?

We do for the first twelve months, as warranty: bug fixes and the adjustments each new Android and iOS release demands. After that you can extend, or carry on yourself with the code already handed over.

We already have a cmpny.id website. Can they be connected?

Yes. The site and the app can share the same data — catalog, schedules, orders — so your team manages it all in one place.

Tell us how your work happens. We'll build the app for it.

The first discovery session is free and carries no obligation. You leave it with a scope, a schedule and a cost.
